I didn't know Stardew Valley had a censorship filter. Unless you just typed those characters for the joke.

Seems to be a bug that the dev is investigating

Users are speculating that this is a default Nintendo feature that gets applied to all text fields, and that whoever did the Switch port had failed to disable it.
