I prefer Exolix and Trocador through instant crypto exchanges. Haveno is very hard for me, and I don't know any CEX i could use for Monero ๐Ÿฅฒ

Good choices with Exolix Trocador. I also started using Haveno, but it seems a bit complicated for me. And who uses CEXes (which allow XMR)?

I'm a longtime bisq user and I still think its difficult, bisq2 addresses some of that. Unfortunately haveno was forked from the original bisq. I just want to give you come credence for when people just say "use haveno-reto" you aren't wrong.
