I just hope it's not a problem with permits, Councils can be quite a problem if they aren't getting their cut.

They also get pretty annoyed at rubbish in the street. I'm sure our chef has the disposable container problem sorted, so probably not that.

I had a very vivid dream of a banquet with heaps of pastries and berries and stone fruit and rich, creamy sauces and pasta bakes and potato gratins...
