Ima miss /r/perth, but honestly even without the current API nonsense I've been uncomfortable with reddit's trajectory for a while.

Sign up on lemmy.perthchat.org
Search for a remote community from the Perth Chat instance (mine for instance !perthprogramming@lemmy.jtmn.dev)
Subscribe to it
Wait for scraping to happen

It doesn't really work for dead instances where not much activity happens because the subscription only works as new activity happens, it doesn't backfill comments, only posts.
