Mixed feelings. I don’t really believe in worker shortages, and importing labor sounds like a pressure release valve to avoid increasing wages.

The article talks about how we need to make these jobs more attractive to workers. I wonder what could possibly be done to make a job look more attractive to a prospective worker 🤔
