Samantha Fox mentioned in an interview that she failed her driving test four times due to the distraction of having around 20 cars following her and taking pictures while she was taking the test. This made the experience nerve-wracking for her.

The press stalking a young woman (was it her they did a "countdown to 18" over?) seemed creepy even back then.
