This made me happy. I was concerned the renewal was taking too long…

Edited to add: Spin off showing the FAM space race from the Soviet side!! Bonus smile!!

What is it about? Like? Is it too political or more thriller?

It's an alternate-history telling of the space race. In its version the USSR makes it to the moon first, so the US doubles-down on their space program and continues beyond Apollo.
