Do you think younger generations will enjoy Futurama (both new/upcoming episodes and older content)? (lemmy.world)

I don't know about you all, but I consider myself to belong in the GenX population. Most of my younger coworkers have maybe heard about Futurama but have never seen it. So many of the references and jokes relate to older pop culture. I am hoping some of the new episodes will be relatable to GenZ and beyond. What are your thoughts?

Yes. As a 12 year old i went through the entirety of the original run of futurama(well, the first 3 dvd sets anyway) with next to no pop culture knowledge and loved it. I dont think you need to know who Ally McBeal is to like Single Female Lawyer
