What does that mean exactly? It's not the same as going down? Will there be a way to access it?

it means you'll have to be a registered member to have access after it goes private.

They also conveniently have NO information on how to register. Really seems like "going private" means "shutting down"

I would just use 1337x, but I recognize that's only appropriate if you have a VPN.
