Are there any communities you've not yet seen on kbin that you used to visit on Reddit?

Edit: So a lot of people don't know this, you can search for magazines on kbin here - https://kbin.social/magazines

I think the biggest problem I have is that the magazines exist but have little to no activity.

I and a few other posted in /m/motorcycles but I don't think there's been any activity since.

Yeah very true, I think the main reason for this is the ratio of lurkers to contributors has always been so high. So until mags start getting more subscribers things might stay that way.

Although, I've found there was no InternetIsBeautiful mag so I went ahead and made it and have started to post on it when I can, attempting to drive some traffic to it and start some discussions at the very least.

I think we'll need to be the change we want to see and just start posting and commenting as much as possible!

Discoverability is lacking atm. But I'm linking people to subs they seem to be looking for, and helping find the places people are looking for will eventually lead to better and better engagement.

Certain magazines/communities are already very active, and finding good threads, if not specific ones, hasn't been hard.

But a lot of them have only just been started, so even with the users on, they havent been found and subbed to, yet.
