For the more "federated" actions on lemmy, I've found it's better to cancel and retry after giving it just a short fair chance to go through. Many hours of "pending" seems to be a lie, as I've yet to see it retry and succeed automatically.
Do you think this is a Lemmy bug? Are retries not happening as they should? Or maybe this suggests that there's no queue of "federated actions" and it's really whether you get lucky when you make the attempt?
