Former President Trump’s legal team suggested Tuesday that even a president directing SEAL Team Six to kill a political opponent would be an action barred from prosecution given a former executive’s broad immunity to criminal prosecution.

Thanks for pointing out to us that you’re unable to differentiate the distinctions between mass murdering terrorists and political rivals.

Or for that matter, the difference between persecution and prosecution.

Good point. I guess all of Biden’s bases are covered, should Trump’s arguments hold water with the courts.
