For what it's worth the award was just a small local "youth" award in Jiangsu China. The author seems to have submitted it just to see if the judges would notice and it does sound like he put actual work into editing and formatting it. I'm still torn on AI generated art. I think there will always be a need for an authentic human voice and it's not worth stressing about the end of genuine human expression (yet).
