Over the last couple of hours I've applied butter (salted cow butter) to my face and forearms as something of an experiment. I've got a couple of excma spots in of each of my elbows, which is rare for me. I'll update in near future!

Olive oil might have been a better choice. Doesn’t go rancid as easy.

or canola beacuse it's cheap or coconut oil which I used to use for massage at the request of a client with skin sensitivity (to Turnley's Massage Cream).
