Whats your thoughts on semen retention? Any one here had real benefits? Saving time is the only thing that I noticed, does any one had other advantages/disadvantages?

I failed on 7th. Now im just trying to not nut for as long as I can. The only difference I felt was that after a few days I was horny as fuyck all the time. Also saved time I would have otherwise spend looking for the 'perfect' porn and beating it. Tbh feeling horny felt kinda vibrant. It made me want to bring changes to my life to attract beeches to procreate. not sure if it has any benefit on physical health tho.
