Same reason why I don’t comment on the mainstream social media platforms anymore. May mga magsstalk ng profile ko (kahit nakaprivate na yung iba) tapos mumurahin ako sa private messages using whatever information they learned about me. Alongside leaving reddit, I also left the mainstream platforms. Hopefully mas okay yung magiging interactions ko dito

Ang malaking difference, you stay anonymous on Reddit at hindi naman kapareho ng users ng Facebook na maraming balahura. Ako din, I don’t post on Facebook anymore. I unfollowed everyone kasi hindi ko naman kailangang malaman mga detalye sa buhay nila. Kung mangungumusta ako ng friends I directly send them messages.

Ang hirap na din kasi makahanap ng worthwhile content without distractions. I try to be mindful with my social media use pero pumapalya talaga ako kadalasan. I do the same with catching up with friends these days. Mas fulfilling yung life updates kapag kinekwento ng direct sayo.
