My friend has a gaming PC but would like to start using dockers but can't afford a server atm. What's the best way to use docker on Windows. He would like a qbittorrent and gluten container to start. (alien.top)

You don't need linux, or anything fancy to run containers. If you're not comfortable using a cli, get Docker Desktop. This way you can 'see' and manage your containers in a GUI.
