Napanood ko kanina yan. Suspect was packing a gun the entire time na hinahabol siya at kinuyog ng taong bayan. Those guys dodged a bullet (pun intended).

Saw this on the news. Apparently, leader pala ng isang crime group and matagal nang wanted sa City of Manila. Which explains why he was out on the road with a gun. Buti na lang talaga walang bystanders na nabaril.
