Apologies for the late post, the bot sometimes thinks it gets the weekends off. I have had a serious discussion about timliness and written a note in it's file.

I'm planning a fish burger for dinner tonight. I was planning a beef burger, but thought I'd move away from the red meat after I had a rather fancy toastie for lunch with lamb, tomato relish, sauerkraut (with fennel) and two cheeses (chedder and a hard white cheese of unknown variety) on a dark capeseed bread.
