Check out these pictures of Raqqa after US and NATO bomblngs freed them for democracy. 70-80% of buildings were destroyed. That set of photos is of Aleppo, which was bombed out by Russia as part of the Battle of Aleppo, not the US or NATO. Also, NATO itself has had no involvement in Syria, just individual countries. That's not to say that Raqqa doesn't have its own problems, of course.
