I stopped eating beef a few years ago, but Maid-Rite temps me.

They're still around!! I think they've retreated mostly to Iowa, but you can still find them here and there!

@hrimfaxi_work @elchaderino I work in a town with one of the original restaurants (I think it's like #3?). And I don't get the big deal. It's like a taco, but without any seasoning. 🤷‍♂️

Huh! It's been years now, so maybe I'm misremembering, but I don't remember them being being bland or anything...

There is (or was, idk) a knockoff place in Austin, MN called Tendermaid that I used to stop at on the reg. They had a spicy one I liked a lot that was really flavorful.
