I'd really love to see an Inventory Management game since that seems like a huge part of most modern games.
In the game you're like a little gnome who lives in a bag of holding and its your task to give the right items to the hand reaching in the bag, or put away items as they enter the bag
There's a few that focus around inventory management. Backpack Hero and Dredge come to mind.
