The general consensus from my friends that actually own it (I'm waiting for a sale because I've got bills n shit), is that if you want a solid, fun, wrestling game that you can just pick up and play, it's super great. If you want insanely accurate CAWs, tons of match types, and GM-type modes, stick with the WWE2K franchise.
Personally, I've only played a dozen or so matches at a friend's place, but I very much enjoyed what I played.
