Does anyone know specifically why no one has created a web-based character creation application, and how OggDude is able to circumvent licensing issues?

I like the Force and Destiny Core Rulebook realy much. It's simple and understandable for beginners. There are many adventures you can play with friends. The character sheets are also simple.

What's everyone's favorite system for their games? Personally I'm a big fan of the FFG/Genesis game system, but it's also the one I have the most experience with (I've not used Saga or the D6 that WEG used).
