As per the subject, can anyone recommend something affordable? I found 24 port Catalyst 3650 but they go not cheaper than £200.

8x Gigabit PoE-out ports and 2x 10 Gigabit SFP+ ports.

Miktrotik CRS328-24P-4S+RM - $500
24 port Gigabit PoE with 4x 10Gbps SFP+ ports.

Grandstream GWN7811P and 7812P. 2xSFP+ and 8 gigabit POE or 4xSFP+ and 16 gigabit POE, respectively.

Cisco 3750X with the 10G NIM is also an option if you only need 2 uplinks. It's getting a bit dated though, but can be had for cheap.
