Can't manage to run Odoo on Ubuntu 22.04 server. (alien.top)

First of all: I need tutorials to accomplish things like installing webservices like Odoo. I'm not a Linux guru.

I'm running Ubuntu Server 22.04 as a VM under UTM on my M2 Mac. Runs smooth.

Problem is that I ran through at least 3 different tutorials to get Odoo 16 running, everytime on a new Ubuntu install, but they all keep failing at some point.

Tutorials I used:
1, 2, 3

Anyone knows how to help me out here? I'm willing to try another tutorial but getting tired of not getting it done.
