Does kbin/fediverse have shadowbans? Also i submitted an article on /m/worldnews and i cant see it (kbin.social)

But i cant see it. I went through a few pages and it is showing me some 6day old submissions but not my submission. Is this some sort of shadowban? Or does the magazine puts submissions on hold till a moderator approves them? Do i have to be an approved submitter?

The state of the magazine is pretty bad since the front page of the magazine has 2+ day old submissions.
