Poblanos are probably my favorite peppers to grow. Very mild heat, but tons of flavor, and fantastic for rellenos or enchiladas.

Sign me up for chiles rellenos 🤤 Poblanos, Bell peppers, and jalapeños are always guaranteed in my garden. This year I added serranos, santa fe, and habaneros. I just need to learn some good salsa recipes 🤔
