Best intro song? FIrefly.
Stuck in my head forever (and still amazing 30 years later)? 90's X-Men intro.

2 that stick out for me are Magnum PI and Dallas.
Nothing recent that I can think of, so you get the kid-me version:
The BBC Chronicles of Narnia series from the late 1980s:

The Legend of Prince Valiant - 1990s

Gargoyles - 1990s

Gummi Bears - no not that one - the good one. The 1980s one sung by Joseph Williams from Toto (also singing voice of adult Simba in the original Lion King - which is a thing I didn't in any way just find out when checking his name. Nope.)
Game of Thrones always fascinated me. I'm a huge fan of models and the thing always seemed like a giant one.
Fargo
It‘s not a classic opening credits but that’s what makes it so great. With many other shows the intro gets boring quickly.
The "Mad Men" opening credit scene was so fresh and original when it first came out. Along with a killer theme song.
Any Season of the Wire. Awesome show
Good question. Usually the music is far better than the actual intro, Succession was a good example of that. 24's intro isn't much but it's unique and ages well because nobody likes sitting through TV show intros anymore.
I'd have to say that Whiskey Cavalier's intro is the best one I've seen, from what I can think of off the top of my head.
Maybe not my favorite but the opening for True Blood
Not opening credits exactly but I really loved the recap thing they did in Ronald D. Moore's BSG. So much energy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPBzHa2PcS8&t=38s
I always get goosebumps when watching opening titles of Polish science magazine Sonda, from the 80s.
mad men
Person Of Interest
The Expanse
The Americans
Succesion
Magical secret powers where revealed to me the day I held aloft my magic sword and said BY THE POWER OF REVERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Polar opposite shows, but I always sing along to the opening of The Sopranos and Ted Lasso.
Succession, Westworld, Mad Men and a wildcard entry... John from Cincinnati.
In Jojo's Bizzare Advanture, once the season's villain has revealed their ability, the opening will be slightly altered to include it in a way that make the opening's cryptic nature suddenly make sense. Also, I love that by the end of a season, you suddenly realized that the opening was basically a giant spoiler that includes all key plot points, but you simply didn't notice until you actually watched the corresponding episodes.
