Here are my needs:

Budget friendly under 45 euro (flexible on that)

Good battery life

Decent durability

relatively high maximum brightness.

Nice to have:

Pocket clip

Multiple settings

USB rechargeable battery

I was recommended the sofirn sp35 before is that good?
