Not like any member states will be ready to support that many electric cars by then. It's also just kicking the personal transportation time bomb another few years down the road.

Also it's just about the SALE of ICE cars. That means that you'll get used ones for at least 10 more years. Let's hope the technology will be unviable economically or at least culturally until then.
