Its always strange how caffeine doesn't do anything to my heart rate and I some how get way more tired within an hour. I'd say its tolerance to it. But I rarely use it

I've been there on many road trips. The best thing to do is to eat something as well; you're not just exhausted, you're also starving.

If you have no change in exhaustion from caffeine you may have ADHD.
