I don't think there is an app specifically for that, but you could use something like focusreader to get an RSS feed from torrent sites you want to keep a watch on.

Maybe more complicated than what you are looking to do, but you could look into install prowlarr, then setting notifications up in that.

Yeah I definitely suggest going the sonarr, radarr, prowlarr route if you're able to. You won't need to check sites hardly ever again.

Can’t recommend the “arr” suite enough. Literally just tell it to look for something, forget about it, and then one day it just appears on my server. If anyone wants to get more into automation when it comes to this sort of stuff, this is the way to go.

I really like Stremio. It doesn't notify you, but (with the right add-ons) there's a huge catalogue that's updated regularly. It includes even a calendar which displays the upcoming episodes of series you added to your library.
