Feature Request: Have block community still allow viewing and participating in community if directly linked (self.lemmy_support)

Sometimes reason I block communities isn't because I don't want to see them, but because I don't want some cluttering the feed when I'm viewing posts through All due to using it to discover new communities.

There's not tools like Reddit Enhancement Suite yet, so having to rely on the built in settings for now.
