@kagihq@mastodon.social as a paying customer, that's exactly what I want from Kagi - straight up search that works. No distractions.

Unfortunately, even after turning off your AI "features" your quick peeks are laughably irrelavent to my search, the answers section are almost always outright wrong. It's not what I am paying for. Please let me turn all that ai slop completely off & get back to what I want to pay for: pure, relevant search.

@EricCarroll @kagihq (I don't think quick peaks is something that Kagi generates, is just something they get from one of their upstream providers)

also you can just make 'quick peek' not show on your search page, by changing a setting. fyi

@thibaultmol @EricCarroll Yes that's correct! You can also turn off summary box in that same settings page if that's not your thing either.

Aha! Search Widgets!

I had the AI switch off, but there are more switches to turn off in search widgets.

Quick peeks, listiciles & summary box now off.

Thanks.

@kagihq@mastodon.social @chazhutton@mastodon.art THAT is the function AI should be providing. Extracting the desired content and ignoring the rest. If nobody sees all the garbage there will be less of it.

Kiwi Browser was just updated on Android, and uBo works great.
