hunting is only necessary in areas where wolves have been hunted to extinction

You mean the guys feeding the deer, so there are more of them and easier to hunt?
No, because there's areas where deer are so prolific that they're considered pests. I knew many hunters in one such area, and nobody fed the deer, because it would have been costly and pointless.
Rewilding is the solution!
Also elephants. I want to release elephants and see what problems that solves.

@blibla the January 6 riots in Congress included a wolf person... So for him it worked. Everyone else is loosing their democracy.
