I find it a shame that there is no metrics whatsoever on the actual amount of time spent on anything. It is most certainly on purpose. So I'm wondering what exactly is the reasoning. Afraid to raise awareness on gaming addictions?

I feel like this is an improvement over previous iterations. Gaming time is often stigmatized, and this makes it easier for some to share their Steam Replay with friends.
Damn. Despite me quitting Apex midway through the year, it still had %47 of my playtime. I should've stopped playing it way before.
