Wow cops doing something about these cars? They should talk to Quebec cops....they don't give two shits as I'm sure they are being paid to not care.

Edit: my bad, they finally did a thing...39 cars is nothing when QC had 600 stolen cars in 1 blitz..took em years to do this though.
