I went there for the first time recently, that place is such a time warp
I was feeling adventurous today so I purchased a flat white instead of my usual cappuccino and I'm disappointed. I'm not sure if coffee even went in there.
So my question is: Is a flat white just another name for a deflated latte because I'm struggling to taste any coffee in there?

I hate flat whites, because of this. It never tastes like a coffee, it's just coffee-flavoured milk.
Love me a big fat cappuccino though, my go-to order always. I use it as an indication on whether the cafe is good: if the capp tastes like a flat white = bad cafe, if it tastes like coffee (and isn't burnt) = good cafe.

Package arrived! And turned out to be only one of two items I ordered (and the half that is only useful if I have the other half). โน๏ธ I found another tracking number for the other item, it is at least also in the country. It looks like they split up so this one could spend some more time in Chicago for some reason.
Does anyone have a cat wheel for their cats? If so what did you get?
Having a nice lazy start to the morning. Have a GP appointment shortly and currently sitting in a cafe nearby waiting for a bagel and coffee before I slowly head into to work for a short day
Headlines I'm bored with: the Royal Family, the Israel/Palestine conflict and Brittany Higgins.
Some may consider this controversial but I think daylights savings time should be permanent.

Daylight saving time has a place in summer. In winter not so much.
