I have a Behmor 1600 plus. It works pretty well & the smoke supression is good because I can roast inside, but I think it would be improved if it got a bit hotter. I find I have to roast a fair bit longer than the pre-set roasting profiles allow on the larger batches.
I didn't get the third batch as dark as I intended, in the end it was much the same as the second batch. Looks pretty good though, and the different speed of roasting should have developed a few different flavours even if the last two batches look the same.
