So, recently ps4 consoles have been going for decent prices and I've been wondering if getting one to hack is practical and/or possible. Mainly to pirate games. Is this possible? Where else can I ask?

*I misread this post as asking about PS3, please disregard this message.

If you'd like to for fun, but I've been using RPCS3 to emulate it. Ofc it's not the same as the console (i.e. you don't have to navigate the internal menu) but the games still play the same. This amazing archive has every PS3 game in the universe, all for free.

IMO the largest obstacles won't be the console, but the discs and controllers. I haven't checked recently, but I doubt these will be decreasing in price with time.

My PC wouldn't emulate ps3. It's quite weak.

As for the ps4,

Would an 8bitdo pro 2 work? I could always get cheaper controllers

Oh man, sorry. I totally misread that as PS3, MB. D:

*Sorry, I can't answer your question. I don't know.

Tho, ps3 emulation would be cool :3

Its just console prices here suck, a ps3 is quite expensive. Local market is so bad the only PSP under 100 euro has a broken umd drive

Yea. ATM the cheapest nds I have found was like 90.

And a used switch might be cheaper than a 3ds

Small country, and shitty used market.
