Full support. Just migrated from Reddit. Not going back until policy changes
Not even then.
For me the Lemmyverse fills the same space. Like Usenet back in the Before Time. Even if Reddit were to do a complete 180/mea culpa I would no longer have a need for them, and the longer it goes on the more users will be comfortable here.
Agreed, it seems like if Lemmy improved their mod tools this will be even better than reddit. I was starting to feel doom whenever going on reddit and lemmy and the fediverse feels more like the community I wanted reddit to be.
Would be cool if we could get a decent app for Android too but TBH I'm not complaining.
Honestly, opportunity abounds. During great change is when money is made. Someone could easily make a quality app, put it on the stores for $1 or $2 to support their work, and it would be worth it.
Have you checked out Jerboa?
This exactly. Reddit was already losing its luster for me when this debacle started. I created myself a lurker account so that I would not be tempted to engage in comment threads because doing so just was not enjoyable like when i joined 11 yrs ago. It slowly became like the abhorrent Youtube comments section.
