This show has been flying entirely under the radar for most people but I love it. For anybody on the 40+ side of age they may remember John Lurie from his jazz act The Lounge Lizards, his IFC show Fishing With John, or his roles in several Jim Jarmusch films.

It’s a little bit of humorous talking to camera, a little bit of avant-garde home video, and a little bit music. Very meditative weekly watch for me.

Might help a little to get stoned, idk you do you.

One of my favorite movies to throw on after a busy or taxing day is the movie "Hearts Beat Loud" (IMDB, Trailer), a low-stakes film about a father and daughter who occasionally jam together and unexpectedly have a popular song in the summer before the daughter leaves for college.

Can anyone suggest some similarly low-stakes, slice-of-live style movies?

I’ve been watching season 1. The world is intriguing. Some of the episodes feel slow or like filler. But a new mystery dystopia show is refreshing.

A friend recommended this to me years ago and it has stuck with me. I don't recommend it often, but when I do, I recommend it strongly. Is anyone else here a fan?

In this Jdrama series, we follow the adventures of the arrogant but extremely talented Obana Natsuki, an influential French Cuisine head chef obsessed with obtaining a three Michelin stars award. Three years before the events portrayed in the show, a disastrous diplomatic incident destroys his career. Due to this, it’s now understandably impossible for him to get employed in any restaurant, as he’s now nicely dubbed the "Shame of Japan”. While trying to get employed at a renowned restaurant in Paris, he meets another chef, Hayami Rinko. Obana decides to help Hayami and himself to find a job by opening a restaurant in Japan with her, too bad no one wants to have anything to do with them, for 11 episodes strai- nah, that’s not how it ends, luckily.

Hi! Has anyone seen the TV show "From"? Itl watched the first two episodes with my friend and it's really intriguing! It's very creepy and apocalyptic in a way, with there being a town people can't leave and creepy monster people at night!

During a friendly game of neighbourhood cricket, the dads struggle to bowl Rusty out.

Just watched this Bluey episode with my 2.5 year old and thought I’d post to see if there was anyone else here has watched it.

If any show encapsulates the Beehaw ethos of kindness it’s this one!

I don't watch it as regularly as Jeopardy! but I am curious who they will pick to host and hopefully there is less drama involved with this one.

“After 34 seasons, 750 episodes, and a decades-long funk, the show innovated its way back to popularity and relevance.”

Anyone watch last night? What did you think of the unscripted format?

I found myself missing the presenters explaining the best musical noms before their performances, and the lifetime achievement also felt a little empty without a narration. But, the rest seemed really good. It was less bland reading from a prompt and more spontaneous, which gave the whole show a more intimate feel.

Thoughts?
