(Reposting @buyeuropean@feddit.org's post to federate sticky post and adding a bit of new info. Original post: https://feddit.uk/post/24960476)

We worked the last months on a new completely ad-free database for European products, brands, services and companies. A few days ago we released the site. The website focuses on usability with a simple search form and a clear structure. After the technical development we are now in the process of filling the database with content. The website is currently available in English and German!

You can also submit your own suggestions for European products, Non-European products that you try to find alternatives to, and categories that may be missing.

If you have any feedback, we would appreciate it. If you like it and want to share it, we appreciate that too. :)

Thanks in advance!

So, my in-ears have found a new home and now I look for european alternative.

Problem: All european brands have differently shaped silicone parts, which basically means that the in-ear headphones fall out of my ear within 1-2h, no matter the size of the silicone thing - except those from Bose SoundSport (see the model with item model number 761529-0010), those stay in longer (but also not indefinitely).

I've come across possible solutions, namely "Nothing Tech Ear (open)" and "Teufel Airy Sports TWS", but here comes the next problem: I have to wear glasses.

Question: Anyone here who wears glasses AND has experience with one or both of the mentioned products? How does it feel wearing those in-ears? Any pain or discomfort? Do they stay in place or do I have to worry they'll fall off if I tilt my head slightly?

For anyone who knows whether there are in-ears from european producers where the silicone part is shaped similarly to the one from Bose, can you please let me know?

Thank you all

Looking for any Digikey (Electronic Components) alternative in Europe that is not Mauser.
I already know and buy from Mauser but would like other options.
For now I'm buying from AliExpress but would love a fully European supplier.

Thank you in advance for any answers.

I know it's a niche topic, but for those of you into bushcraft, hiking, knives and things, take a look at the Ukrainian BPS Knives

https://bpsknives.com/

Mine in the picture is a 1066 carbon, full flat grind, 245 mm total length, 227 g including a very good leather sheath, and costed about 50 โ‚ฌ. Egg for scale.

Hi all! I am curious to find alternative as my next phone and I was wondering have anyone made the jump from android to Jolla C2 and to the SailfishOS? If so, how was the transition?
