My brown rice protein is kinda clumpy and needs something for flavor so I was thinking to blend it with frozen blueberries and almond milk. But I don't want to wash the blender every day. Can I make a concentrated version and keep it in the fridge for a few days? How long would it last?

I think the smoothie will degrade in the fridge (taste/texture....still safe to eat). I would just wash the blender to have the nicer smoothies. Rust rinsing, then running it with just water, then rinsing again is probably sufficient.

I agree with this. As someone who is super lazy, I’ve tried this, with multiple recipes. It’s just gets gross, even after like 4 hours in the fridge.

Doesn’t matter if the base is just water, or some type of milk. And if you add in fruits or other stuff, just forget it. Make it fresh and wash out that blender.

I haven’t tried to freeze it, you might get decent results from that.

Probably 3-4 days, I wouldn't do more than that.

You could make a bunch, pour it into bags or ice cube molds, and freeze it. Move it into the fridge the night before.

Ok I made it and it still tastes like chalk anyway. I'll see how long it lasts. I put some in the freezer too
