Dad, don't get me wrong. I don't think he's a genius. But yeah, with regard to the level of management in which he was buried in those companies - yeah, they greatly protected themselves from him.
I just find it such a waste that he could ruin the greater reach of people that twitter has and they are using a woman for it!
On top of being a stupid blabbering flog, he went on and become himself!
Their using a women to be their fall guy. Kinda like what reddit did. Watch her leave after a few months. I think elon should have kept his mouth shut and not buy every company just cause. He should've stick with space ex and tesla and be a genius CEO, or what they were calling him. The guy is stupid.
I want r/android, r/arduino, r/raspberrypie and r/nba
I think their powerful tool to make apps more accesible. However, if companies wanna make it for their apps, then their own web apps needs to be optimized greatly and I think that companies need to really think if their app is PWA appropiate. Not every app should be a PWA and not all websites are great at the moment.
Liftoff is fast and functional. Jerboa is kinda like the most feature rich android app, but it crashes often and lags with scroll. I think it needs to be optimized.
You make a good argument, really don't know why people think youtube is profitable. It might seems that way but it's not. I just might buy premium once I can afford it though.
I think majority of the people have been realizing this lately. Particularly, of good functional and privacy respecting apps. However, if a service started off as free for all from the start like youtube and twitter, that's where there is gonna be trouble in introducing long time users in a paid format. With youtube, I'm in the same boat as it is being worthy of a monthly subscription. With twitter on the other hand, i am aware of it's tool as a realtime updates on current events, just not that into it having rate limiter and subscription payment for being verified. I dunno, I think it's more of a gimmick rather than a tool now. I hope somebody corrects me of my opinion of twitter, cause I just don't see any value to it anymore. I'd rather brands and people more to mastodon.

I like to gues that that person is jack. Since the people he follow are mostly from the FOSS and privacy oriented community.
It's getting there though, using it now for the comment. But, I would'nt recommend it yet as it keeps crashing on some parts. Will keep lift off on my phone for now.
