It's been a while since I used Google/YouTube directly.

It is heavily compartmentalise. Creates VM on the go and destroys them when not needed. They recommended atleast an SSD for storage.

It uses templates of Fedora and Whonix, you can add other distributions too.

It can be very secure at the cost of inconvenience.

Bromite would be my first recommendation, but it haven't been updated since January this year. But give it a try if it is not a big deal.
