Join an instance that's defederated is your only real option. Even if you could block the instance you can't block all the users, which is why most of the replies to your post are from hexbear users trolling.

You need to find someone else who can help admin this instance and moderate the magazines you're the only moderator for. I understand that means stepping down as admin at least temporarily as kbin currently doesn't support multiple admins.
You're obviously doing everything you can, but there is only so much time in a day and you don't have enough to do everything at once. You need help with it.
The 2 is mostly used by the OS. Yes, it would be better if it was all faster but it still wouldn't be used by the GPU as it's segmented.
It's all moot to my original point though. Having more RAM isn't some miracle or a sign it will be faster.

It works well in California. Just had one the other morning for a 4.2.
Depending on how far away it is I'll have a few seconds notice. This one was really close so the alert came in almost at the same time. Last year I had about 10-15 seconds notice for a 6.4.
