And in general I would consider "they" to be "not gendering that person" without adding any negative or positive values to it.
I understand that it isn't all that simple when it comes to lgbtq and those who are actively misgendering someone as a refusal to accept their gender. Give those fuckers hell, they deserve it, but if it's possible that someone is using it as I consider it to be used then give them the benefit of the doubt. It'll make the world seem a bit brighter if nothing else.
We're not all hateful bastards, some of us just don't read usernames and are lucky enough to not have to think about pronouns and gender. Thanks for making me think a bit more about it this evening.

I would say it is moving the goalposts to the topic at hand, but let's agree to disagree.

Are you of the opinion that the pronouns are relevant to the length of their (plural their mind you, OP and imogen_underscore) bans or that the discussion here will somehow change depending on their gender?

Chill out, it can also be used when gender is irrelevant.

Singular they has become the pronoun of choice to replace he and she in cases where the gender of the antecedent – the word the pronoun refers to – is unknown, irrelevant, or nonbinary, or where gender needs to be concealed. It’s the word we use for sentences like Everyone loves his mother.

I mean the largest problem in a business sense has always been cooperating with other businesses.
That microsoft excel file your distributor sent you with builtin macros and code that just won't function correctly in libreoffice calc and so on.
It's already a source of friction when university folks in sweden primarily using the google workplace want to coordinate with businesses in sweden that are mostly using microsoft office.
In construction the most common way to coordinate with subtractors is through microsoft teams/sharepoint online, at least here in sweden.

I'm not really here to argue about us politicians, I just felt that as OP didn't provide any sources someone should. I even went with a right leaning newspaper to make it fair to OP.

Relevant:

In 2014, as overcrowding persisted, a three-judge panel in California ordered the state to make eligible for parole nonviolent prisoners with only two felonies that had served half their sentences. Harris’ lawyers argued early release would harm the prison’s labor program, which included its work program to help fight California’s wildfires. The judges rejected the argument.

Criticism against Harris resurfaced after her announcement for president last month brought heightened scrutiny. In 2014, Harris told BuzzFeed News she was “shocked” to learn about what her lawyers were arguing in court.

I mean it's been talked about over and over again leading to US accusing TikTok of spying on users and EU* banning Huawei and ZTE from 5G infrastructure.
But end users just doesn't care. They click accept all on every popup without even reading if it's cookies or to allow the site to send scam antivirus notifications. They buy the cheap chinese phone because it's cheap just as they buy shit from Temu and Shein even when their plastic is poisonous and their workers are stuck with 75 hour weeks and not being allowed to leave the premises.

*Not all EU countries has chosen to ban them.

You could use a computer with a headset as a linked device, that's the closest I can think of.

I've never met and end user who likes SAP but because they are international leadership has decided to use it everywhere even when the fit is bad.

Only thing I dislike about the T14s is that you have to dissassemble everything to replace the keyboard. On the T14 it's so much easier.

A refurbished Lenovo T14 or T16 should do it.
