Aside from gamers nexus, I also suggest hardware unboxed and justjosh. They're both reliable and honest.
Battle(non)sense was single handedly the only person that demistified GPU settings and I feel single handedly affected most of the settings we now have in our menus.

For peripherals (screens, audio) rtings is pretty cool. They take testing seriously with a scientific/engineering approach.
